how to fix "This application requires a Java RunTime Environment 1.6.0"

Uninstall all versions of Java (JRE).
Restart the computer.
Install the latest versions of both 32-bit and 64-bit JRE 6 and JRE 7 from the official java website (links below).  You can have both in your windows, yes, nothing will happen.
 
JRE 6 64-bit
JRE 6 32-bit
JRE 7 64-bit
JRE 7 32-bit
 
After those four installations, restart the computer.

and done! problem fixed!
